Jaxon Jennings and Lewis Bell really went for it. For a time it looked like Lewis was getting up to Jaxons wheel but Jaxon never took the foot off the gas. Tadhg Connolly followed close behind in 3rd.
The 19:15 went out fast as usual. This week we changed the course around using the far hill field and using more fast straights. Conor Murphy got away and rode tempo with no threat from behind. A group formed with Declan McEntee, Barry Convery, Conor Campbell, Ray and Oliver O Shaughnessy, Rian McCrystal and Pj Hynes. Positions changed throughout the laps but it was the young pair Rian and Oliver that went hard towards the finish with Rian finishing second and Oliver 3rd.
Rhiannon Dolan was alone for her race just back from the Track regionals. Rhiannon finished first with Holly McCaffrey taking 2nd after a great battle with Ava Baker in 3rd.
