Jaxon Jennings was once again pushing the pace at the front but close behind was Lewis Bell. Another battle for 3rd was happening behind with Logan McAreavy and Tadhg Connolly having a good dual. But it remained Jaxon 1st , Lewis 2nd and Logan 3rd. We had no youth girls racing

The pace was on from the start. The out and back In-lap works well to help riders navigate their way through the group if they get a slow start. New to the track, Gareth McKee dictated the pace with Oliver and Ray O’Shaugnessy close behind. Rian McCrystal and another track debutant Aureliusz Klus were there also. Gareth pressed on leaving the OShaughnessys and Rian McCrystal. Oliver wasn’t letting Dad get him this week and took silver with Ray claiming bronze.

Rhiannon Dolan went out with intent and powered around solo. 52.21 secs for the opening inlap shows how fast Rhiannon went out. Behind was a very close battle between Grace ORourke and Ava Baker. It came down to a sprint finish with Grace taking Silver and Ava taking 3rd.

Well done . Bike lights are compulsory next week. No light NO RIDE.
